Designed for Lamda Development by A&M Architects, PPA Structurals, Kravvaritis & Partners, IFI, Eleni Tsirintani, Nama, A design, and Alpha Acoustic, Sunset Groves reimagines the relationship between architecture, landscape, and urban life, blending precision and organic fluidity to create a vibrant, sustainable, and socially engaging environment.
Strategically positioned next to The Ellinikon Park and Beach, the complex enjoys direct access to green zones, pedestrian pathways, and public spaces, seamlessly connecting to the broader urban fabric.
The project comprises five buildings arranged along a diagonal axis, their prismatic forms subtly shifting towards the sea horizon. This geometric clarity contrasts with the fluid, organic landscape that extends from the adjacent park, featuring sculptural planting and undulating natural formations. Together, they shape a multi-layered environment for relaxation and social interaction, redefining the concept of contemporary urban living.
The development includes 99 residences, a dynamic mix of commercial spaces, and a standalone dining pavilion, envisioned as a landmark destination within the neighbourhood. Below ground, a unified parking facility accommodates 188 spaces, including provisions for electric vehicles and accessible parking.
At the heart of the complex, a “green neighbourhood” unfolds, interweaving planted areas, walking paths, recreational spots, and dedicated spaces for play and relaxation around a central water feature. The façades emphasize horizontal linearity, punctuated by white architectural projections and integrated planters that reinforce the project’s green identity. Perforated enclosures discreetly conceal mechanical systems while enhancing privacy for residents.
