Set for completion in the second half of 2026, the new office building for ANT1 Group is currently under construction, with A&M Architects leading the next phase of development in collaboration with MEP Engineers Kravvaritis & Partners. Building on the original concept by LC Architects, the project enters its final design stage with a focus on redesigned façades, a reconfigured interior layout, and updated construction documentation.
Spanning approximately 11,500 sqm above + 12,000 sqm below ground, the complex integrates TV and radio studios, office spaces, and shared amenities around a linear central atrium that brings daylight deep into the plan. Defined by sweeping structural frames that unify the façade while carving out terraces and sheltered outdoor zones, the design shapes a contemporary media headquarters with a strong identity and flexible, light-filled workspaces.
