The village of Polichnitos is located on the south-western part of Lesvos Island, approximately 45km from the capital city of Mytilene. Polichnitos has been recognized as an area with high temperature geothermal field, with water flow ~320 – 350m3/h @ 65 – 92°C, capable to cover local agricultural needs & residential thermal demand.
